A Personal Journey to Wellness
Married with 3 amazing children and 2 rescue dogs, Sonya's path to wellness was deeply personal. Two brain surgeries for Chiari malformation and battling chronic Lyme disease led her down the wellness path. With her daughter also battling Lyme, she has spent the last 20 years studying, researching, taking classes, and attending conferences to take control of her health and the health of those she loves.
This personal experience has given Sonya the compassion, empathy, and passion to help others on their chronic illness journeys.
